This course is designed to be completed from A - Z in just 4 weeks. Your leaders will gain new skills in every facet of their work, from hiring to succession planning, conflict resolution, budget management, and more.
Each session takes only 4 hours, ensuring that your frontline leaders are never out of reach for too long. Courses can be provided in person or remote according to your business needs.
The practical management course features cohorts of 7 - 15 individuals. Smaller cohort sizes allow for more in depth discussion, ensuring that each individual perspective is addressed. Smaller cohorts also allow for deeper relationship building between cohort members. By dividing into multiple cohorts, the Practical Management Course ensures that the key functions of your business can continue operating throughout the 4 week process.
