Heather worked her way from an HR Assistant to Director for a $3 billion dollar organization. Senior Executives relied on her perspective to close the gaps between front line workers and corporate leadership. From distribution teams to IT, and from sales support to the executive offices, Heather has worked with all types of teams and every level of leadership within the organization. 

Heather’s life journey has taken her from corporate offices in New York City to a privately owned/operated horse ranch in central Nevada, and beyond. Her adventurous spirit and open-mindedness have given her a wide variety of life experiences which she applies to each and every client relationship. Her connection with her clients comes from the heart, and her ability to drive their careers forward comes from her experience and her understanding of how things actually get done.
